The quickest way to get help is to create a help ticket. Including screenshots or recordings, letting us know what browser you're using, and including as much information about your issue will help us help you as quickly as possible.

You can expect a response within 24 hours during typical business hours.
Fixing Stuff
We make every attempt to resolve issues within 72 business hours after initial request. We know that entrepreneurs don't always have "typical" schedules so if it's a critical issue or bug, we do our best to address it sooner, and keep you in the loop along the way.
