Your Sparkle Scheduler allows you to create a variety of appointment types. This article will walk you through the steps.
Step 1: Choose create appointment from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select Create Appointment Type
Step 3: Name your appointment type and save with the green button.
Step 4: Add appointment details. Below are the step-by-step instructions for all your options.
Name your appointment
Customize meeting details
Choose if you would like this appointment to be shown on your Sparkle Site. If you want to have a private appointment type (for example you want to share a link with specific people, but do not want it available to everyone), enable hide on Sparkle Site.
Choose your appointment length.
Decide if you would like integrate payment (can be required, not required or voluntary).
If you are on an Assistant plan, you have the option to add an upsell option to this appointment to add on a service or product.
Add a location. If you have integrated Zoom, select Zoom Required, and it will automatically create a link and include in your calendar invite.
Enter a "last message." This might be important details for your meeting, a link to an intake form you need them to complete, or anything else that would be helpful to communicate.

Buffer time: how much padding (if any) would you like between booked appointments?
Minimum booking notice: how far ahead of the appointment time can people schedule
How far out can people book: Can people schedule with for six months in the future? One week? 24 hours? You decide.
As for a review: you can choose to enable this feature, which allows the person you are meeting with to leave feedback about your time together. Our Rate to Donate Program helps encourage people to leave a review.
Appointment specific availability: If you would like to offer this appointment type outside the general availability you have set for your calendar, you can set those hours here.
