Meet Rebecca Foley of Phoenix Business Systems



Rebecca Foley, CEO of Phoenix Business Systems, is a bookkeeper that helps creative entrepreneurs with their business. She uses bookkeeping to “help cool people, do cool stuff.” While bookkeeping may not be the first thing people think about when they think "cool things,” we are pretty sure a chat with Rebecca (a pretty cool person herself!) may change that.


According to Rebecca, “Having accurate and organized books can be so empowering for entrepreneurs. It frees them up for more opportunities and creates brain space for tasks that grow the business.”


A Multi-Functional Suite of Tools

We love helping Rebecca grow her business with easy-to-use tools that help her  get started and  scale her business.. Rebecca uses her  Scheduler to easily allow customers to sign up for 1:1 appointments,  tutoring sessions, and monthly remote services. In addition, she is able to share important up-to-date content for her clients on her all-in-one Sparkle Site.

Just as Rebecca helps entrepreneurs to shine (or, may we say … sparkle?!?) by allowing them to focus on their creative pursuits while she takes care of the numbers, We Sparkle supports her with technology tools so she can focus on her business!
